The Company’s strong values founded by Robert Taylor’s United States Marine Corps experience in the Korean War and US embassy security tours still drive the Company’s mission statement.

Robert started his Real Estate career in San Diego in 1972, achieving top salesman in San Diego County for Multi-Family transactions, obtaining numerous awards and accolades. Encouraged by his trusted clients, he formed the San Diego Apartment Management Company and Taylor California Syndications.

Rod Taylor has been active in Real Estate since 1982 where he began his career as a Maintenance Supervisor in the family-owned Real Estate Management business. From there, he has progressively increased his responsibility as Commercial Real Estate Agent, Construction, Landscape Designer, Property Manager, General Manager to now, President of the Company. With more than 25 years of experience in all facets of Investment Real Estate, Property Management, and Property Construction, he brings diversity, strength of experience, and a hands-on approach in leading the Company and working with Clients.

Rod is a proud member of the San Diego County Honorary Deputy Sheriff Association, San Diego County Apartment Association and the California Apartment Association.

Mike A. Taylor

Mike has over 26 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate in California. His in-depth experience is well suited in directing the Company’s day-to-day operations and relations-management with tenants and owners. His experience includes residential property management, sales, and mortgage origination.

Mike obtained his California real estate brokers license.
